Surveyor
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a STM / SMK.
- At least 3 years of working experience as surveyor Inspector in reputable developer company or contractor, of high rise building project.
- Have knowledge about the survey and mapping of land and building.
- Able to calculate the estimation of cut and fill volume of a land.
- Able to properly operate survey equipment, such as total stations and water pass.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Max age of 35 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Giving excellent services for consumers
- Expertise of all product knowledge
- Handling complain and request
- Good in personality traits
- Report to Customer Service Supervisor
- Single, 19 - 25 years old
- Candidate minimum must possess from Senior High School
- At least 1 year of working experiences as Customer Service
- Familiar in Ms.Office
- Good looking, having good communications and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting daily cash-flow
- Monitoring daily bank account balance
- Controlling petty-cash
- Inputting and filing voucher or invoice from related department or consumers
- Reporting to Supervisor
- Candidate must possess at least a SMK in Accountancy
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate (MS Office, specifically in Excel and Word)
- Age between 17 to 20 years old
