PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals (PTNHM) is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Ltd 75% and PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk 25%. The Contract of Work between the Goverment of Indonesia and PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals was signed on 28 April 1997. The agreement was based on Presidential Decree number B.143/Pres/3/1997 dated 17 March 1997. The current Contract of Work area is 29,622Ha. We are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Mill Operator (MO)
Requirements
- Min Senior High School or similar. Preferably bachelor degree in Chemical or Technical
- Min 2 years experience in processing plant activities (crushing, grinding & gold recovery processing plant)
- Experience to operate loader, excavator, and forklift (SIO certificate) is preferable
- Excellent both physical & health condition
- Hard worker, initiative and able to work as a team
- Have a strong motivation to learn about ethics in mining industry
- Good both communication skill & attitude
Requirements
- Min Senior High School or similar
- Min 10 (ten) years of underground operational experience
- Min 2 (two) years experience in operating jumbo drill
- Holds Blaster-2 certification is an advantage
- Experience in underground blasting, charging, and explosive handling activities
- Shows extensive knowledge of underground drilling, blasting and ground support
- Experience in operating underground bogger/loader and truck are preferable
- Experience in operating 2 (two) other underground mobile equipments
- Able to perform work area inspection
- Able to read and write

Requirements
- Min Senior High School or similar
- Min 10 (ten) years of underground operational experience
- Min 2 (two) years of underground drilling experience
- Able to operate and competent solo drill in underground
- Experience in stope drilling, charging, and explosive handling activities
- Experience in Cabolter operation is preferable
- Experience in Tele-remote Bogger operation is preferable
- Experience in operating 2 (two) other underground mobile equipments
- Able to perform work area inspection
- Able to read and write

Requirements
- Min Senior High School or similar
- Min 5 (five) years of underground operational experience
- Holds Blaster-2 certification is an advantage
- Experience in manual Bogger operation, Truck and other mobile UG equipments is preferable
- Shows extensive knowledge of underground automation knowledge
- Experience in operating underground Tele-remote is a mandatory
- Able to perform work area inspection
- Able to read and write
